German Property Investments (GPI) was formed in 2004 for the purpose of introducing Irish and British investors to German real estate.

The directors of GPI have over 10 years experience in acquiring, managing and developing German property.

GPI, using its local knowledge and networks, sources German property for its clients as well as providing access to financing, tax advice, management and other related services. GPI has been involved in a full spectrum of property transactions from small scale residential to large scale commercial portfolio deals.

Since 2004 GPI has grown its operations to include off market and joint venture property acquisitions in North America.
